Shipping policy

We provide FREE DELIVERY across the Greater Toronto Area for orders of $100 or more.  We aim for delivery within 24 hours in the GTA with our dedicated, contactless delivery service; weekends are excluded.   Our free GTA shipping area covers a 115km radius from our head office in Oakville.

For shipping outside of the GTA there is a $40 shipping and return fee.  We aim to ship within 3-5 business days using Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages via a third party. Please note if a tracking number is provided and shipping confirmation is indicated you will need to follow up directly with the shipping company to initiate a claim. (E.g Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, etc)

We currently do not ship internationally.
